Psychologist and Certified Coach with a decade of experience working cross-culturally in three different countries.
My early training took place over three years in the public sector in Argentina, where I worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, body dysmorphia, and eating disorders, as well as neurodivergent clients navigating everyday life challenges.
After moving to Europe, I expanded my practice to include coaching, supporting startups and larger organisations to enhance wellbeing at work, communication, and team effectiveness.
Having lived in Buenos Aires, Vienna, and now London, I deeply understand the emotional and practical challenges of starting over and building a fulfilling life abroad.
My approach is integrative, drawing on cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness-based techniques, together with psychodynamic principles that support long-term growth and change.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance, and we will find a suitable alternative.
What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?
While coaching and psychotherapy can both support personal growth, they serve different purposes and approaches.
Psychotherapy is typically focused on healing emotional pain, resolving past trauma, and treating mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. It often explores the "why" behind patterns and emotions, working with past experiences to support healing.
Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. It helps you gain clarity, set goals, and build the confidence and tools needed to move forward. In coaching, we might explore limiting beliefs or emotional blocks, but the aim is to create actionable steps toward the life you want to lead.
Coaching is ideal if you're functioning well overall but feel stuck, uncertain, or are navigating a big life transition—like living abroad, adapting to a new culture, or redefining your identity.
