My early training took place in a public mental health centre in Argentina and internationally in my private practice. I have worked with people going through different phases of their lives (childhood, adolescence and adulthood) and dealing with a wide variety of symptoms (anxiety, stress, OCD, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, among others) and challenges (such as relationship struggles, rumination, emotional dysregulation). After moving to Europe, I expanded my practice and specialized in the migration experience, one I have myself dealt with as well. I also trained in coaching and started providing support to startups and large organisations to enhance wellbeing at work, communication, and team effectiveness.Having lived in Buenos Aires, Vienna, and now London, I deeply understand the emotional and practical challenges of starting over and building a fulfilling life abroad.My integrative approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological therapies proven to work successfully, including psychodynamic and relational theory.
